2. Delivery Estimates
We utilize a network of regional and international logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you as efficiently as possible. Our estimated delivery windows are:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This will include a tracking number that becomes active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your delivery’s progress in real-time.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GulfZora is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Risk of Loss & Damages
Once an item is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. However, your satisfaction is paramount. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at dujanaaziz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim for a replacement, we require a clear video of the damaged item and its original packaging.
